Aerated waterOn August 18, 2017 by darren
Our watering cycle includes aerated water. Here is how we aerate water.
Items you will need:
- 5 gallon bucket
- Aquarium air pump
- Ceramic Air Stone Bubble Disk Aerator
- 4.5 gallons of water
Place “fish tank” ceramic aerator with tubing attached at the bottom of the 5 gallon bucket filled with 4.5 gallons of water. Attach the other end of the tubing to the aquarium air pump. Turn on the aquarium air pump. There should be air bubbles coming from the ceramic aerator at the bottom of the water in the 5 gallon bucket. We recommend at least 4 hours of aeration. Also; ph test it before use of aerated water to start tea, or apply to plants. Optimal ph of aerated water is between 5.5 – 6.5 (for our applied uses).
